 Marinade and seasoned Jamaican style using Country road jerk marinade and seasonings (local herbs) for 48 hours, then grilled to perfection. Served with a side of your choice and a salad.

 Shrimp seasoned with herbs, breaded and

coated with coconut, then deep fried until golden. Served with a house sauce.

These are mini meat pies baked

to perfection using local ground beef and herbs.

These are marinated for 12 hours, then baked to

perfection. Served with a house made BBQ sauce

Flour seasoned with fresh herbs and

spices , with salted codfish. Mixed into a dough, formed into balls and then deep fried. Served with a house sauce.

Shrimp is devein and seasoned, then breaded

and deep fried. Served with a house sauce.
